In order to join a TMCI ZOOM meeting, please follow the instructions below.
1. Download ZOOM app: https://zoom.us on your computer, laptop, tablet, or smart phone
2. Set up your profile WITH your name, phone and country
**FYI - You can join a test Zoom meeting to familiarize yourself with the Zoom and test your microphone/speakers before joining a Zoom meeting. Visit zoom.us/test and click Join.
Once you are set up, when there is a meeting you will be sent the time, date and meeting ID, and password if needed 1. Open the Zoom app, or click on link to open 2. Make sure you find join with audio and video 3. Select: "join meeting" 4. Enter meeting ID# and password if asked 5. **Click "Join" (allow page to open) 6. Select: "Join with video" (SMART PHONE fyi - turn sideways to give better view) 7. Select: "Join with computer audio" 8. You should now see us on video, and hear
Some people can join on computer video but cannot hear. If this happens, leave your computer on AND call in on your phone for audio.
